Prices are based on your dog’s weight, coat length, and coat type. These factors help us ensure fair and accurate service pricing.
We must first meet your pet and assess their health condition, coat, and behavior. Some dogs may not be suitable for regular baths due to medical or behavioral concerns.
To ensure the safety of all pets in our care, we require all dogs to have up-to-date vaccinations. Rabies vaccination is mandatory—we cannot provide services without valid proof of rabies
No, each Bath Membership is valid for one pet only. If you have multiple dogs, a separate membership is required for each.
Yes! You can call us, book online, or text us to secure a spot.
There is no cancellation fee, but we do require a 30-day notice before your next billing date to cancel your membership.
No. Memberships are non-transferable and assigned to a specific pet.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows will incur a fee, and repeated no-shows may result in membership suspension or cancellation.
Yes! For families with three or more pets, the third dog and beyond receive 10% off their membership.
Bathers and groomers operate separately. If you’d like grooming, it will be charged as a regular grooming service at full price.
We use high-quality, pet-safe shampoos and conditioners. If your dog has special skin needs or allergies, please let us know—we also carry hypoallergenic options.
You can always add extra services to your membership package or choose them individually at each visit. Just let us know what your pet needs, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Most bath appointments take between 1 to 3 hours, depending on your dog’s size, coat type, and behavior. We do our best to work efficiently—we never want to keep your pet longer than necessary or cause them stress.
No problem! If you’re having a busy day, your pup can stay with us. You can simply add the daycare option to your visit—it's $18 per dog during business hours.
We kindly ask that you drop off your pet and return once the bath is complete. Dogs tend to be calmer and more cooperative without their owners present.
Senior dogs are welcome as long as they’re healthy enough for regular baths.
Yes! We do our best to accommodate all pets. Please let us know about any mobility or medical issues in advance so we can prepare and ensure a safe experience.
Yes, if your vet has prescribed a specific shampoo or you have a preferred product, you’re welcome to bring it. We’ll make sure to use it during your pet’s bath.
We will assess your pet’s temperament at the first visit. If your dog shows signs of extreme stress or aggression, we may not be able to proceed and will discuss options with you.
We allow a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may be rescheduled, and repeated tardiness can affect your ability to book priority slots.
No, we do not offer anal gland expression services. This procedure can carry health risks if not done by a licensed veterinarian. For the safety and well-being of your pet, we recommend having it done by your vet if needed.
